How to connect
On your Artist Platform dashboard, click the artist selector (top left), then + Connect your artist. Search for your Spotify artist profile, select the right one and click Finish.
Insights is free during your 7-day trial. After that, it's part of your subscription. Subscription plans
What the numbers mean
Some metrics are self-explanatory. For the rest, see Understand your key metrics.
I don't see all my data
Some streaming or social channels may be missing when you first connect. Here's what to check:
Connect the right artist. Make sure you chose your own Spotify artist profile.
Add missing channels. In the career progress module, click Missing data and add the links to any channels that aren't showing.
Check back after the next update. Insights updates weekly, so give it 3–5 business days.
If your profile is connected and data is still missing, message us through the chat in The Artist Platform. Tell us your artist name and which channel or metric you can't see, and we'll take a look.
