You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from My subscription. Here's how each one works and what happens to your access.
Open your subscription settings
Log in to The Artist Platform.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Open My subscription.
Upgrade your plan
You can upgrade at any time. You only pay the difference for the time left on your current plan, and you'll see the adjusted price before you confirm. Your new plan starts straight away, and your new billing period starts on the day you upgrade.
Downgrade your plan
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you've paid for until then.
From Accelerate to Launch: you keep all Launch features without interruption. Accelerate-only features end when your billing period ends.
To the free tier: subscriber-only features, data and content end when your paid period ends. Some may stay available for a while, but that can change.
Thinking of cancelling? Downgrading lets you keep some access instead.
Cancel your plan
Open My subscription.
Click Cancel plan.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. For example, if you bought a yearly plan on 26 May, you keep full access until 26 May the following year. Cancelling stops future billing. It doesn't delete your account.
If you have music in stores, read What the maintenance fee covers to see what happens to your releases when your plan ends.
Get a refund
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you'd like to end your plan straight away and get a full refund, message us through the chat in The Artist Platform or email [email protected].
